Earth Bonded to Neutral at Sub BoardEarth Bond should only occur at the MEN or where a separate Earth stake is Correctly inserted. Investigate further and disconnect Local Earth-Neutral link to prevent electrical hazard. New electrical installations, and alterations or additions to existing installations must be earthed using a Multiple Earthed Neutral (MEN) system complying with the requirements of AS/NZS 3000.
All subsequent customer’s neutral links installed at the service position/main switchboard must originate from the first downstream customer’s neutral link (at which the MEN connection is established).

Oxidation - Normal Temperature Range Replace ASAPOxidation - Normal Range Replace ASAP:
Components are within normal range, but oxidation is present. Oxidation and overheating are occurring under heavier load conditions over an extended period.
